Mazda aims to give its customers peace of mind when purchasing a CPO vehicle. If you purchase a Mazda Certified Pre-owned vehicle, you’ll receive a history report, warranty, 160-point inspection, complimentary satellite radio, roadside assistance, and an exchange option. CARFAX History Report

Our Canadian customers will receive a detailed report of your vehicle’s history. This comprehensive information is gleaned from a substantial amount of records involving car services, accidents and other damage.

Limited Warranty

Enjoy our seven-year or 140,000km Limited Powertrain Warranty when you purchase a Mazda CPO vehicle. You’ll also be eligible to take over the Mazda Unlimited Mileage Warranty. The Extended Warranty Coverage is also available, assisting you with unforeseen repair bills.

160-Point Inspection

It’s a prerequisite for every Mazda CPO vehicle to pass a 160-point inspection before being certified. Our fully trained technicians thoroughly assess every part of the vehicle. The vehicle will be meticulously reconditioned and re-assessed should any part of the evaluation not meet our stringent standards. 

SiriusXM Satellite Radio 

A CPO Mazda vehicle also includes a free three-month trial subscription to SiriusXM Satellite Radio. On the date of purchase, you’ll enjoy the high-quality streaming of over 140 entertainment channels and 200+ additional channels via the app. SiriusXM offers ad-free music, podcasts, videos, live performances, and customizable streaming audio. 

Roadside Assistance

24-hour Roadside Assistance is offered to all Mazda CPO owners in both Canada and the Continental United States. This program gives you free access for during the Certified Limited Powertrain Warranty period. The Roadside Assistance programme includes changing flat tires, delivering gas, jump-starting or unlocking your vehicle, and assisting with planning specific trips. Towing services of up to 100km are also included. 

Exchange Period

If you’re unsatisfied with your Mazda CPO vehicle, you need to exchange it within 30 days or 3,000km from the purchase date. Ensure your vehicle exchange occurs at the original dealership for a swift and hassle-free experience. Your vehicle needs to be exchanged in its original condition. The original retail purchaser needs to be the owner when the exchange occurs. Should the vehicle have in excess of $300 in damage or wear and tear, it won’t be eligible for exchange. The replacement vehicles can’t be purchased at a lower cost than the exchange vehicle. The cost price must be of equal or greater value than the original vehicle. The customer will need to pay in the difference if the chosen replacement vehicle is more expensive. The exchange process is subject to financial approval.
